Cure for bone dislocation without surgery?

is there any cure if shoulder bone is dislocated without any surgery. how to avoid it frm happening again.

You can exercise your shoulder to help prevent it dislocating again. However, often surgery is the only solution.

u can check it by physiotherapist doctor he/she correct it without surgery only with massage

That can be done only through meditation done for an hour daily under the guidance of a meditation centre or an experienced spiritual teacher. Side by side the help of a physiotherapist should also be taken. Once the dislocation becomes alright, it would not recur through the power of meditation.

Go to a bone setter. He will set it and also go to him for few days for regular massage. He will guide you the regular exercise to be done.

When you get recurrent dislocation of the shoulder, say, several times in a year, there is no other remedy but surgery to tighten the muscles around the shoulder. However, just avoid lifting your arm way up(abduction) and externally rotating the extremity. These are the two positions which will cause your shoulder to pop out of place. And if ever your shoulder pops, get it reduced by an orthopedic surgeon. I wouldn't trust bone setters.
