Constant disasters leading to anxiety? |
I am prone to anxiety and depression but manage to pull myself up each time. I know this yet it still keeps happening despite my thorough knowledge on the subject. Death, accidents, rude people around me all the time unfortunately I am so wound up reading comprehension is suffering and I love to read. I get so much anxiety trying to understand the words that I want to scream sometimes. That being said, I need to try something different, new, and the anxiety is preventing me. It is due to circumstances but I 'thought' I could rise above and can only see the light sometimes. Any takes? If you like to read, get "The Bondage Breaker" by Neil T. Anderson. You will find yourself there and perhaps back to your potential. Don't keep living that way. It is a cycle that can be broken. I understand you are having a hard time reading right now. I think his books are on tape as well. Get some good feed on this cycle and get a handle on it. No reason to continue in this pattern, unless you are enjoying it. It is decieving when you can rise above it over and over, but if you continue in the cycle, your highs and lows will become too extreme to manage. I think you need to go on some kind of anti-anxiety drug. I'm not a big believer in drugs but I had your problem and after going on 20 mg of provac it really helped me. Now I wish I wouldn't of waited to try something sooner. My life is so much better. Good luck! I know exactly how you feel i suffer from liek everytime of anxitey out there. It kept me from doing everything i loved to do. Hanging out with my friends, dancing etc. I use to be on meds but all it did was make me sleepy and feeling blah. So i took my self off them. I still got naxitey. Then i was reading about diets fro poepl who have anxitey. You really cant have caffenie or sugar and it works. i mean dont get me wrong u can have some sugar and caffenie but atleats for me wehn i have suagr and caffenie for like2 days straight i get panic attacks. So try the diet thing and i hope you get better |
