Period Disaster? |
yesterday at school i got my period in class. i felt something wet between my legs but i figured i was just sweating or something. anyways, i was wearing light colored khakis and when i was walking out of class everyone was staring at me and laughing. i ran to to bathroom and since that was the last class of the day, i slung my backpack really low and hightailed it out of there. (i didn't have a sweater or anything with me). what should I do on tuesday? I have the same kids for practically every class. Do I say something to them? Forget about it? What if they say anything? Well it is embarassing but it's not the first time it has happened to someone. Personally I get the achy feeling early enough I know it is coming that day and prepare accordingly. But from the sounds of it this caught you right off gaurd. It happens to the best of us. Just do your best to forget about it. Really. If kids make fun of you in class later just ignore them, or if you're feeling brave, laugh along with them. It's truly not a big deal, these things happen. Act like you forgot all about it. If someone laughs or makes a joke, just giggle along and say something like "yeah, that was embarrassing" and then shrug it off. OR....distract them all by pointing out a big *** on some other kid. Everyone will look and forget all about you. LOL kidding..... Every young girl's worst nightmare. I had something similar happen to me when I was in middle school. It really isn't as big of a deal as you think it is. I wouldn't say anything about it, if they say something just laugh it off say something like "yeah, that was embarassing." In a few years you'll look back on this incident and laugh. Don't stress over it. They probably won't even remember. I would imagine they all have a lot more fun and interesting things to think about than that. Like what they did on the weekend. It isnt funny why should they laugh? Just forget about it it will fly bye and they will find something else to laugh at. |
