Breakfast: Low fat yog (65) witth choco spread (85) and apple peices (61) with one coffee (60)

Dinner: 7 table spoons of Jacket potato with low fat butter (286)

Lunch: Bowl of Branflakes with semi skimmed milk (160)

Healthy or not?
I despo need help with it please.

If you follow that diet your body will be weak and shrivel up.

You need protein throw some chicken, egg whites, tuna , fish in there

Eat whole foods, preferably organic.

Walk, as far as you can comfortably, each day.

Stop eating at 7PM.

Chocolate spread...garbage...Low fat yogurt - probably has high-fructose corn syrup in it..coffee - probably toxic creamer and sugar...

What is low fat butter - partially hydrogenated oil?

Branflakes - was it GMO wheat or organic...

Very bad diet, no fresh fruits or veggies...probably all pasturized dairy, with bovine growth hormones in it.

your diet is not giving you all the nutrients. the result will be strong cravings for sweets and fried stuff. here is what my dietician recommends - follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. Pick an exercise regime you like. But lose only 1 kilo a week. That is the permanent way of losing. Dieticians offer eally good suggestions that r easy to follow. go to one
