ARGH!!!! diet disaster!?


me and my friend just had a minor slip up in our diet and ate a raspberry jelly, how do we burn 150 cals?

Don't take your diet so serious. That's when the problems start. Just walk 30 minutes a day and you will be okay. Add some weight lifting and aerobics and you guys will look good. Remember if you eat well and don't over due it you can eat any thing you want as long as you exercise daily...
