My body is a disaster! Can you help!?


Okay.....umm.....let me just tell you!),: i have big arms and big calfs i hav a belly and bad skin. My skins being treated but now i need help to get a flatter tummy and small calfs and arms can you help?

legs- run, do calf raises, and leg press. it will change out your fat cells for muscle which make sit lean and tight.

arms- cruls, triceps, and shoulder rows can all help clean up your arms.

Since your just trying to tone yourself down dont go heavy weight. Lightweights more times will build muscle mass faster which will help your arms and legs look better faster.

Do you have some money to spare? You can invest in a personal trainer at the gym. If you cant....cardio cardio cardio! Whats your diet consist of? Just cutting out regular soda will help you loose soo much weight!

Take photos of all the food that your eat. With digital technology at this time taking photos is easy to do. The process gives your better control over you food intake.
