Help!!!! its a disaster!!!.........?


its been a couple of months since i cannot sleep well, i dont know why but i dont feel sleepy at all, and when its morning time to go to school i feel so sleepy! any suggestions. no sleeping pills please!!

I agree milk before bed and avoid caffein in any form.
Then think back to when you began to notice a problem, something on your mind, are you stressed over school or friends, do you feel unsafe? This might be something you need to deal with.
Have a definate bedtime routine, drink your milk, set the alarm, a warm shower, then off to bed. If you have not drifted off after 30 minutes get up and read something soothing for 15 to 20 minutes then go back to bed. I deliberately relax my body starting at my head working my way to my toes relaxing every muscle. A lot of people as they relax those muscles breath deeply and slowly exhale, also try counting back from 100. Sleep well.

is something bothering you at all? or like are you feeling anxious about something, like a test or speech? try drinking milk before you go to bed, it doesn't have to be warm either! there is a supplement called melatonin that works well to and that is not habit forming, most importantly, don't have any caffeine after 4pm, that include, chocolate, sodas, tea or coffee

Try melatonin or valerian root tea or capsules.Both of them are natural remedies and would help you get rest
