Why are coworkers jealous of me--the one with disabilities?

Stress has caused me numberous seizures, I've lost 50lbs dueu to meds after 30lbs on my own. I'm down to 100lbs on my 5'4 frame. During the time I went from 150lbs to 120 lost of customers commented on it. What brought this on was the widen of my bad nail; the appointment is next month. I should've gotten it down long ago, but whenever I go to my neurologist, the effects of my epilepsy meds continue. I've contended wiht meds since '04: hallucination, unable to hold my balance, muse, internal feeling that effects my brain, tiresome, and a salty taste.
The women have gotten vicious over this revelation of the nails. I understand the gravity of things with the customers, however, some coworkers just look for things to complain about. Prior to this, they treated me well. The "nails" thing is only a vehicle to get rid of me. Other than that, theses people can't complain about my work. I do well. I've never use disabilities as a way to evade it. I've missed 7 days of work since '92.

You have something legitimate to have missed work. Just ignor them you have more important things to worry about. I once worked in Washington State and everyone was hostile toward me just because I was from Southern California. Hell with them, I'm back in Cali and I have sunshine! HOW DO YA LIKE THAT Patchoulli smelling hippies? Keep your rain and gloom!

That's terrible. They shouldn't pass anything like that along even if it was true. That right there shows what kind of people they are. Report It

tell your boss

They are not jealous of you. They are uncomfortable with your condition and would like it to just all go away.

You are trying to tell me that all this is from a hangnail? I think you should see your doctor about the meds. You aren't making much sense to me.

Wow I don't know what you're talking about! What does "the widen of my bad nail" mean? You're going to a neurologist from a nail issue? I don't think I understand the situation at all. And what is "muse"? or "internal feeling that affects my brain"?
