Is there a horse magazine specifically for people with physical disabilities?

I'm actually looking for a used disability saddle. That's why I wanted to look in a disability magazine. I was hoping they would have some for sale.

Here where I live (Lebanon, TN) there is a place called Southern Starrs (www.southernstarrs.org) and they do therapeutic horseriding activities for kids and adults.
