For People with Disabilities - do you use any type of assistive technology? |
What do you use? What do you like about it? What don't you like? Are you looking for anything? Do you use an Environmental Control Unit? I use hearing aids whenever i feel like suffering and wearing them. Don't like them. I have a VCO phone which I don't use either b/c it's annoying and lame. Has anything greater been invented for me yet, no. I think it would awesome to have a hand held thing that translates any sounds around me into words as if it's a movie, for me. I think there's one invented...dunno...probalby not cheap... and probably not that great yet either. Considering the range and severities of the various disabilities, I will simply refer you to |
