Um... you mean exempt? If so then yes - salaried employees are generally exempt from that (as well as overtime pay)

Do you mean "is anyone EXEMPT from that"? If so,I cannot help you as I do not know the answer.

why would you want to take that right away from someone? if you are an employer you seem a pretty mean one?
