Tetanus, Polio and Diphtheria jab..?

I cut my foot on holiday in Lanzorote and I had to have a tetanus jab. That was 2004.
Today at school I was supposed to have the Tetanus, Polio and Diphtheria jab and had consented to it but when I went down to have it done, they said I had already had it. When I questioned the fact that I was only told I had a tetanus jab they said that its 3 in 1 and that even if they give a "tetanus" jab they mean all 3.
I asked my mum about this and she insists that I only had the tetanus. Now I havent a clue what to do..
Should I go to the doctor and have a booster of Polio and Diphteria..?

most hospitals give the combination injection, but the only way for you to know for sure is to call the place you got it, and have them look at your medical records to be sure.
