Is it the Digestive sysytem or something else???

As nasty as this might sound, i want to know if this is a digestive system problem or if this is some kind of disease.
My complaint is that why is my Faeces so large and thick that when i try to pass it through my anus, it will be very difficult and very painful. Sometimes i feel like my anus tissues are about to tear up, which i think they might have bcos when i try to wipe my behind, i see a lil blood on the tissue. Anybody ever experienced this or know someone who have experienced this???

1st question: How often do you go to the toilet to pass faeces? The colon's function, aside from faecal storage, is absorbtion of water by osmosis. So the longer you hold it before you pass it out, the harder and tougher it becomes, to the point where it lacerate the anal canal or tissue surrounding the anal ring.

2nd question: What does your normal meal consist of? If it's fries, chips, chocolate bars and fried chicken, then you should make a drastic change. Fill your meals with plain water (carbonated drinks won't cut it), leafy vegetables like salad, and fruits. They all contain fibres which will smoothen the passage of the stool.

My younger brother also had the same problem much earlier. I forced him to take prunes and other sorts of fruits, and he's now totally cured of this problem.

lots of diseases can cause bleeding per anus...i don't know ur age..but if u r not old i suggest somthing benign...like a fissure or a polyp...please consult a doctor
