---dieting?


can anyone please tell me what foods to avoid whilst dieting and what types of food i should be eating any help will be much appriciated thanks

if your happy don't do it my wife is on a diet i'm loosing weight fast she is still the same weight the kid are hungry and she is more unhappy than normal don't do it if your slightly over weight don't worry be happy

stay away from fatty meats and choose the lean meats instead. stay away from sugar and processed food. just eat the real food. if you want mash potatoes make homemade. the box is full of junk!

Avoid foods with lots of sodium, they make you retain water. Also things with trans fats. Make sure you get fruits and vegetables. Also, something I felt helped me when I was losing weight was when I would get hungry at night I would drink a glass of milk and it would curb my appetite and wouldn't completely ruin my day.

stick with:
healthy fats: unsaturated, monosaturated (olive oils, natural peanut butter) STAY AWAY FROM hydrogenated oils/fats and transfat as well. avoid those at ALL costs.
LOTS of VEGGIES
LOTS of FRUITS
LOTS of WATER! (2Liters a day or more)
lean protein: fish, skinless white meat chicken cuts, lean beef cuts (sirloin/tenderloin or anything with loin in the name) or bison/buffalo
whole grain carbs: read the ingredient list. the first ingredient listed should say "whole grain wheat" or whole grain whatever kind of bread you like. if it says "enriched" IT IS NOT WHOLE GRAIN. use this guide for cereals too
also, avoid refined sugars including high fructose corn syrup which hides in most foods so be sure to read through the ingredients for it. nutrition is 80% of the battle for a healthy body but food companies will try to market something false just to make a profit off you.

make up your mind to avoid Brownies and French fries as everything is fat .Start your meal with salad or fruit salad .Once a week eat only 4 apples ..On sunday boiled fish and salad (please don't add blue cheese) and for dinner fruit salad and some fresh cheese like philadelphia or cottage.

NO SUGAR- NO SALT

Stay Away from - Sugary Foods, Fried Foods, Red Meat, and Breads

Eat Lots of- Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Vegetables, Fruits, Oatmeal

Desserts- No Sugar Added Fudge Bars, Granola Bars, Sugar Free Jello.
