dieting is really hard for me because there is always temptation around me at school and at home. when i do really good i end up busting it by eating a junky food! howcan i resist the temptations!?!? by knowing how many calories are in everything and how long its gona take doing certain exercises to get if off. hide all of the junk food, and remind yourself of the results you'll get if you diet. Have someone help you. prezels, gronola and trail mix. Drink fuze!!!! i have been having the same problem, tonight i packed little baggies full of healthy muchine foods, like raisions, cheerios and so on... |
