Breakfast - Apple maybe Banana or Carrot.. YOu are eating too many calories. Try eating just 500 calories each day the first week. 700 the next week. 1000 the third week. 1200 the fourth week and 1500 the fifth week. After the fifth week eat just 1600 calories every day. Yoor Diet Looks Good Keep Going Until You Notice Serious Changes x O god. There is nothing to that diet. I can't believe people think this is an okay diet. You need more carbs, more protein and more healthy fats. if you deprive/starve your body (your plan) all you are gona lose is water weight and muscle not fat and also slow down your metabolism and as soon as you start eating normal you will gain it all back |
