Dieting???????


are there any safe ways for a 14 year old to diet??? if their is could you please list a few ideas. THANKS

hi cassie. i have known you for about 3 years now and i honestly don't think you need to go on a diet, actually you need to put some meat on your bones.

walk a mid-lengthy amount every morning and every evening. 20 pushups in the morning, 20 pushups in the evening. Garuntee this works. once you get to the weight you are comfortable with, watch what you eat. Don't continue to lose weight too much. once to you get to the desired weight. level it out.

Yes, a safe way would be going on a balance diet which is eliminating junk food and making sure you get whole grains/vegetables/fruit and diary everyday and don't eat below 1,000 calories
for a diet your age 1,200 calories a day would be good
