Dieting?!??!? |
I gained about 15 pounds. I need a whole diet plan thaat someone can give me including: recipes, excersizes, when to eat ect. I have no idea how to diet and that's why i need your help. & i need to lose at least 10 pounds in 1 month if thats possible. I need a good body for homecoming. Please someone help me! If you want to lose weight in 1 month, you need to skip breakfast. If you get hungry eat a cup o noodles or something like that. drink watter, but only like 1 16oz bottle a day because too much water will keep you bloated. Do alot of cardio, speed walking for 2 hours a day will help alot. If you get a huge craving, eat whatever it is your craving, but onlly half of it, if possible only a few bites. After homecoming.... eat PLEASE discontinue this horrible diet. I used to do this all the time when I was in high school, it works! |

I think that society in general puts pressure on people to diet because we are always looking for that "quick" fix. So, we bounce from diet to diet. Ultimately, we make our own decision... If you mean salads for dieting, they are usually refering to salads with vinaigrette sauce/dressing. That's usually composed of leafy vegetables like lettuce, water rich vegetables like cucumb...
