Who do you think puts the most pressure on people to diet and do you think its right for people to feel so pressured? When choosing a diet what factors do you look at? And what do you think is the most important thing to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

I think that society in general puts pressure on people to diet because we are always looking for that "quick" fix. So, we bounce from diet to diet. Ultimately, we make our own decisions whether or not to diet. Most people who are slim, don't diet at all! When I look at a "diet," I make sure it allows whole grains, fruit, vegetables, milk, and other necessary things our body needs. I stay away from saturated fat and try to limit sugar. Any plan that emphasizes exercise is good. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, it's important to eat healthy and exercise, but in order to do that you have to first like yourself. A lot of people really don't, so it's hard to do both.

I think that the people who pressure people into dieting are the ones who don't even really care.

Like, you lose weight to try to please the ones who love you the least.

I dunno.
