What kind of food do I eat daily to reduce weight? Eat lots of green leafy vegitables . Avoid oil , and sugar . You may eat boiled vegitables for somedays . Take fruit juice . low calorie food with balanced diet. Take the example of your bank passbook. More you deposit and less you withdraw or more you withdraw and less you deposit. Once you reach the desired balance, maintain it. low calorie,fat free...salad,fruits,juice,& green vegetables...dance atleast once a day... First stay away from refined sugars or carbohydrates.
