Dieting!!???


i need some tips for very young peeps like me who need it and are not old enough to try programs?
plus i dont want stuff like eat healthy and excersize cuz ive tried and i doesnt work!
HELP!!!

Eating healthy and exercising is really the only way to do it.

Perhaps you were doing exercises that you didn't enjoy. You need to find an activity that you genuinely enjoy and can stick to. Sign up for a kickboxing class with a friend, or yoga, or start taking scenic walks every morning. Swim laps in a local pool or at the Y, join a sports team, walk your dog more often. Get creative with it.

Also, dieting doesn't have to be only eating vegetables you hate and never indulging. Just control your portions, ask yourself if you're really hungry when you're going for seconds or if you're just bored. Stock your fridge with healthier foods that you'll actually enjoy (try Lean Cuisines, they're delicious and even have desserts which are all low calorie).

If you are very young, you may just still have baby fat. That may sound odd, but some people stay full for a long time, even into their twenties. It's okay as long as you are feeling good about yourself- usually that comes from taking god care of yourself and accepting who you are.

Have you looked into ordering Nutrisystem or Medifast? They are prepackaged meals that give you all the nutriets that you need, plus you eat one green meal a day which means a salad or other organic foods. It can be expensive, depending on what you can afford...but you will still have to excercise. I am pretty sure you can order these as long as you have a credit card or debit card. So check it out!
