Dieting ...?


how much weight can I loose by saturday...? right now I weigh like 120....? like i'll do anything seriously I just need to loose a little off my stomach...any sugestions...?

I have read that if you cut out all sodium (salt) form your diet that you will lose weight quickly - it will be temporary though.

water and ex-lax

be safe and smart... don't lose too much too fast.

do lots of crunches. you could go on a crash diet, like only drinking green tea or something like that but you'll just balloon up after and it's bad for your body.

Do NOT take ex-lax to try to lose weight. It is stupid, dangerous, and doesn't work.

Are you wanting to drop just a couple of pounds, to fit into a special outfit for an event? If so, eat clean, stay away from sodium, and drink lots of water, (drinking water will help keep you from retaining it, so you won't be puffy or bloated.)

If not, what's the rush?? Weight loss from losing fat (which is what you want, you don't want to lose muscle) takes time ... it isn't super-fast - a healthy rate is 1 or 2 pounds per week.

3 days you would be lucky to lose a pound. Crunches will make your stomach bigger by flooding the muscles with water. Crunches are not the answer to a slimmer waist. Look at Brittney Spears. She did 1000 crunches per day and got a great 6 pack but actually increased her waist size. After she gained some weight the fat piles on top of BIGGER abdominal muscles.

120 pounds is fine, dont listen to everyone. you weigh 20 pounds less than me and im not overweight either.
