I've been emotionally tired and depressed. Since I am not up to exercising... What food habits and things can I eat or not eat to help keep the weight off?? I need any and all suggestions. Mainly suggestions that you use and that isn't sold on television, because i've seen it before. hehe. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you on this site No dieting, creating. Diet is extremely important. To slim your body you must: Do not eat after dinner. Your body doesn't need anymore calories at night because all you do is sleep anyways. Watch your portions, you can have candy but only small amounts to get rid of your cravings. Exercise doesn't hurt either...even just a small walk is better then nothing. =) |
