Diet pills and dieting disasters?


I started taking diet pills despite the doctor telling me i am too young. I bought Trimspa and it worked ! When I ran out i bought a new kind and now there making me really sick! I don't want to have to take diet pills anymore i want to be healthy. But i feel depressed all the time and so out of energy i feel like i need them. I've tried the dieting with 1100 a day caloric intake and no carbs, and i feel frustrated and it makes me more hungry! So i end up just giving up! I have a horrible time exercising,because it makes me feel fatter because i can't do all the things i want to! I feel like im beating my head against a brick wall! I need someone to help me find a diet plan that suit me and helps me lose weight. The right way. I'm so tired of getting made fun of and feeling like im worthless. Someone please help me before the firemen have to cut me out of my room.

an excess of high calorie foods and a lack of exercise caused you to gain excess body fat and only the opposite will reverse it.

you need to eat mainly whole foods in balanced meals at least 3 x a day with 2 small snacks. you need to exercise regularly for 60 minutes 5-6 days a week. starving your body with a 1100 calorie diet and taking diet pills is not the answer.

you need a support team to help you through the bad times

like weight watchers..its the cheapest and most effective over the long haul..but it works

you should stop the crazy weight loss rollercoaster as 95% of the diets don't work for a long period of time...that is a year..so you will lose weight on any diet..but gain the weight back with interest...this is the way most people do.!

i don't think any one diet plan is the best..but pick one that is drug free and you diet and exercise together..you need to eat the right combination of food... read a book called YOU by Dr. OZ ..he is on Oprah a lot...You are not alone..good luck.
