Dieting without results!? |
I can't take it. I have been dieting and working out since beginning of the year and had lost 7 - 9 lbs. Then, I get sick, not eating so well for the last few days and no workouts...now I have gained 5 lbs. I am on a high protein, Cinch shake by Shaklee diet. There has to be an easirerr way with quicker results. What is the point if the moment I go off I gain over half of the weight back. HELP!!!!! what may work for one person will not necessarily work for you! The weight could very easily be water retention from when you were sick. (That would be my guess) Are you following the Cinch plan as directed? I was on the plan for three weeks and lost 10 lbs., 4 1/2 inches from my waistline and 2 1/4 inches from my hips and lost from other parts of my body as well with very little exercise and I haven't gained any back.
