Dieting?!!?! HELP!!! PLEASE!!!? |
So ive decided to go on a diet. Exercise as much as you can at a steady pace. I recently created a website just for truckers and just for questions like this and for people like you who are serious about health or who have health concerns. And, believe it or not, I'm not a health nut! But I sure learned some very interesting and logical information I never knew before and ever since then I've been wanting to get it out to truckers. In fact, you're the first one I'm sending this to as it just occurred to me to see if there were any trucker's groups about this subject. |

The food splurging this week is definitely caused by her impending period, and water weight is the same. Tomorrow give her a beverage with a good dose of caf...
