Okay, so I'm not exactly fat, and I'm not exactly skinny either, I'm kind of average, but slightly overweight, so I don't need to go on a diet I was just wondering if someone can give me some tips on how to cut back on what I eat. Like, what types of foods would you reccomend eating when in my situation? What are good low-fat/calorie snacks? and I know excersising is a part of dieting, but I have that under control, so that's not important right now.

by the way i'm 14 years old if that helps If you drink regular soda, stop. You can lose a lot from that alone. Try to stay away from diet sodas as they are terriible for you and have lots of sodium. Instead, drink plenty of water. Eat fruit to satisy your sweet tooth and cut out the white foods: white pasta, white rice, white bread, sugar, white potatoes. Most of those items have been stripped of their nutrients so switch to whole grains and sweet potatoes and always avoid snacks that have sugar added. Kashi brand makes some very taste granola bars and they are usually sweetended with honey. Of course, eat lot of veggies too |
