I feel sooo soooo sooo good??? is there anything wrong with using all these dietary supplements?

I take 6 pills of Omega 3 fish oil, 6 pills of St johns wort, 8 pills of alfalfa, 8 pills of calcium, 4 pills of iron, 2 pills of Vitamin b 12, 2 pills of folate, 2 pills of biotin, and 4 Sam-E pills a day.

i feel sooo good.. like im in a constant state of happiness.. can this be bad?? or no?? there all dietary supplements. this is the first day ive taken them all at once, and i feell really great.

Omega 3 and Sam-E are probably the key ones elevating your moods and both are very good for you in general. I'm assuming you're a woman w/the iron. If not be careful of too much especially if you get an upset stomach or if you're of Gaelic descent.
The calcium could be a problem. Without enough magnesium to balance it you could end up w/calcium deposits, constipation or worse. I'd cut way back on those and maybe take a magnesium dose to counterbalance it. In fact if you eat 2-4 servings of dairy daily there's little need for it.
You also might look for a multi that has a lot of the others, folate, biotin etc.
Be careful about St. Johns and sun exposure.
B12 is best if sub-lingual (under the tongue) rather than a tablet you swallow.

You can overdose on vitamins / supplements. You may have a "high" now, but whatever comes up.... must come down. I'd bring what you are taking to your doctor. Some vitamins taken in access can actually do more damage then good.

I can tell you right now, that you are overdosing. Eventually youll start having problems. Youre feeling good right now, but after some time has gone by, youll start getting a build up of these things and youll start having troubles. For one, you can develop kidney stones from all that calcium. You dont want a kidney stone....youll learn from one time of going thru that.

I suggest you back off. Have you looked at all the pills youre taking. You can develop a serious illness from what youre doing. Better be careful. Its not natural what youre doing. Its good now, but it wont be, and youll wonder why you did that.

Ever heard of, you can over do a good thing?

I believe the St Johns wart is either linked to mood alteration or brain memory, read up on it. I think they wanted people to stop taking it because it was linkrd to PARKINSONS desease. Just because they are natural supplements don't mean they are safe. Combining them without knowing the effects can cause stroke, blood clots, liver poison. Just stop. Look at that football player T.O.

Have you heard of the placebo effect? If it's working for you what's the problem!
