The FDA is just releasing a massive study of various supplements, and almost none of them work. This one seems less plausible than most. What about vision would be related to a supplement? Your body supplies your eyes with what they need, we evolved that way.

carotenoids and polyphenols can help improve vision which are found in vegetables and fruits which i am sure are included in some supplements. not only that, but reflexology can help with vision as well. not including the big toe, the four other toes represent your eyes/vision so you could even do it to yourself by massaging your toes.
