The real deal about dietary supplements?


i want to lose weight, and i am trying to eat well and excersise daily, but i heard it is a good idea to use a dietary supplement. will this help me lose weight quicker or what is the real deal with these things?

Dietary supplements do only one thing...make the seller money! They are not needed if you are eating a healthy balanced diet and most of them are no more than an expensive multi vitamin pill. They will not increase weight loss amount or speed.
