Ladies, what dietary supplements do you take to make you act less hormonal?

I usually take Oil of Primrose pills. They are available at any drugstore. I've noticed that they really too even out my moods and temperment.

I use a herbal supplement form Herbalife called Tang Keui it works miracles.

Dietary supplements are not always necessary. If you cut down on the use of salt about a week before the period, it will help with the discomfort of water retention. also take in extra calcium and protein for the week before and during.

The Radiant Recovery (RR) program includes taking Zinc and Vitamins B & C. For hormonal problems, there are oils to take, too. Nordic Naturals Omega 3 formulas are great for this. Many women find success with Evening Primrose Oil, too.

Part of the success at RR is due to eliminating all refined carbohydrates ("whites") from the diet and eating lots of complex carbohydrates ("browns"), as well as the correct amount of dense protein for ones body weight.

So many women who did the RR program now "act less hormonal" I am confident in recommending it. (Oh, and it worked for me too!)
