What dietary supplements are the best ones and the safest?

The fact is unfortunately their is no magic pill out their. Most people want something either to loose weight and get the six pac, or others want to become buff and shredded overnight just don鈥檛 happen that way. Your question is kind of vague because all supplements out their are called dietary supplements weather it is protein powder, fat burners, amino acids or whatever your nearest vitamin store carries. This is a very argumentative topic cause everyone has their own idea of what works best. My theory is all natural. Don鈥檛 let those TV add and magazine add with fat burners fool you. I mean they are good for bodybuilders looking to shead some body fat but for someone who is overweight you may not see to much results. Fat burners tend to get you ampted from the caffene and make you feel hot lots of the time. Some people even become sleepless. If your looking for overall weight loss my best advice is this. Try cardio exercise as well as strength training with light weights, and lots of reps to get your heart rate up. Five to seven small meals a day help is recommended by the FDA and has been proven to boost your metabolism and stop the storage of fat. Try eating chicken, tuna, salmon, turkey, anything with loin as in sirloin or pork loin usually are pretty lean cuts. Pretty much good choices. Whole wheat is your best friend 100% whole wheat bread, pasta, its better than white cause the carbs take longer to digest which wont cause a spike in your insulin levels which in return will not cause fat storage. Don鈥檛 forget oatmeal which is great in the morning. Egg whites which are low in cholesterol better than whole eggs, and a great source of protein. Fat free everything. Lots of vegetables believe me frozen are better than caned when it comes to taste. Fruit is good as well. Don鈥檛 believe all the gimmicks when they say carbs are bad. Their not you just have to know the difference between a piece of chocolate cake and a fruit cup. Drinking a good amount of water and staying hydrated has been proven to boost metabolism which in turn will help you burn fat and loose weight. A good multi-vitamin. Their are a couple all natural supplements out their they say have been proven to help you loose fat without the side effects of normal thermogenic fat burners. The two are called CLA, L Carnitine. I鈥檓 not too familiar with L Carnitine but CLA their have been a few tests on which have concluded that the test subjects lost weight and gained lean muscle mass. CLA helps boost your immune system and like I said their is no side effects at all. Its just like taking your multi-vitamin. Their is a lot of info on the internet when it comes to eating right, as well as the health section at the book store. I鈥檓 not aware of your age, or your gender, or your medical history so before starting any diet, supplement, or exercise plan you should consult your doctor first. Again this is just my opinion. I body build naturally and it all has to do with what you eat and when you eat it. Nutrient timing is key. I hope this answered your question.
