I'm 14 years old and i'm taking dietary supplements and birthcontrol but i'm not sexually active?


i'm always hungry right now and i need advice to stop it,i do excersice a lot but i want to lose weight and i'm about 5 5 and 145 pounds and i want to at least 125 but i just need help getting there and i do a lot of stuff like the proform elliptical,tredmill,and running on the track, i do a lot of sports but not all at one time so if someone can please help me.then thank u.........godbless

The best thing is to eat healthy food. That's true no matter how old a person is, or what their weight might be. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains instead of white bread & cereal, drink lots of water instead of soda and other non-nutritional things. Limit your sugar and red meat to small, reasonable portions. One serving of meat should be about the size of a deck of cards-- any larger than that just isn't necessary and adds fat and calories to your diet.

Ask your Mom to buy these kinds of foods for the family, and if that fails, maybe you can use your own money to have a little stash of your own... bags of apples, carrots, oranges.... things that don't really have to be refrigerated.

Good luck with that.... and you are wise to start thinking NOW about how to eat properly. No sense forming bad eating habits.

Your 14 years old. You dont have to worry about that kind of stuff now. Eat healthy, work out, dont take any types of medicaton, and focus on your school work. Then you'll be ok. Good Luck

since I assume you were put on birth conrol to help with a hormone imballance ( such as too heavy of a period)

there may be a medical problem, ask questions,

but, please, don't worry to much about the weight,
you are stil growing, and sometimes our bodies just hold on to some just before a growth spurt.

don't worry about weight, go by the mirror or by a friend

if u want to lose fat, stop doing the aerobic exercise! it won't help u lose fat in the long run...for a woman, eating seems to be the best way to lose fat (don't eat for 3-4 hours before bedtime!) and of course a little anaerobic excerise, like weights, a few times a week will help
and i wouldn't take birth control at ur age -- ur body is still growing and u don't need to mess up ur natural hormones
