What is a good dietary source of caffeine?

I need caffeine in my diet, but I don't know what's a good source that has low sugar (unlike coke/chocolate). Help?

Diet Coke and Coke Zero don't have any sugar, just sugar substitutes.

coffie may stop your groth if you are growing

there is a pill that will give you what you need but you have to go to the Doc.

You could try drinking coffee, with no sugar or creamer, or you could add sugar substitutes. Diet soft drinks like Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi have caffeine but no sugar. Tea also has caffeine in it (black or green tea, not herbal teas).

You could try pills like No-Doze, but I have found that those will really make you feel weird, they will make your heart race and make your stomach feel weird, so I recommend staying away from those.

I would recommend coffee or Diet Coke, because Diet Coke has more caffeine than Diet Pepsi, and even more than regular Coke.
