What is a good dietary source of caffeine? |
I need caffeine in my diet, but I don't know what's a good source that has low sugar (unlike coke/chocolate). Help? Diet Coke and Coke Zero don't have any sugar, just sugar substitutes. coffie may stop your groth if you are growing there is a pill that will give you what you need but you have to go to the Doc. You could try drinking coffee, with no sugar or creamer, or you could add sugar substitutes. Diet soft drinks like Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi have caffeine but no sugar. Tea also has caffeine in it (black or green tea, not herbal teas). |
