I just found out I am borderline diabetic - with low blood sugar ....? |
Today I just found out I have borderline diabetes, got a 5.6 out of 6.0 on the test. Apparently its from low blood sugar, anyone have any useful tips or websites I can check out for dietary reasons. I also found out I am anemic - not sure if the two are interrelated. The doctor told me no meds to take yet. I am 34 and thought I was eating pretty good, seems like a history of this in my family but I guess I was told I was pretty young for this. No, I am not over weight, 20 pounds under my max weight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks - * I fasted nbm from midnite the nite before the test. The test came up low blood sugar - I have had dizzy / light headed symptoms.
