I am not a nutritionist or a dietician; I need some help. i dont really count calories. i just take my time and enjoy the food im eating. i stop eating when my body is satisfied, not full. i dont want to have to spend the rest of my life counting calories! that gets annoying! just dont eat alot at once. food is going no where, you can always come back for more if your hungry. |
