Dietary questions?

I am not a nutritionist or a dietician; I need some help.

What's a suitable calorie intake for breakfast?
How about lunch?
Dinner?
And how many calories is too many for a snack? I have this problem very frequently, I have a craving for something (i.e., cereal, but milk has many calories/cup; pickles, but they have too much sodium, etc) but I don't know whether or not I should just eat it by itself.

Help?

grazie mille

i dont really count calories. i just take my time and enjoy the food im eating. i stop eating when my body is satisfied, not full. i dont want to have to spend the rest of my life counting calories! that gets annoying! just dont eat alot at once. food is going no where, you can always come back for more if your hungry.
