QUESTION;benefibre and nesvita. do they interact with one another..?

i've been taking benefibre"syrup" for a couple of months now.
tastes horrible. but mor or less i've gotten some results.

i'm thinking of adding (nesvita actifibre) to my diet but im concerned about the complacations the two might have.

(oligosacchairdes) is the major ingriednt in nesvita if that helps.

also the ingedints of menefibre are as shown;; dietary fibre.partly hydrolized guar gum.stabilizers:maltitol,sorbitol.sodium benzonite.acidifibre;citric acid.

should be fine. give it a try. if you have too much loose stool back off later, or stop one,
