Whey protein powder? Blender or shaker?


Does whey protein (or any other powder based dietary supplement) lose its efficacy when blended and let sit for a while and then drank, compared to if it was drank "fresh" right after a workout with a shaker?

You guys are idiots.

All the powder sinks to the bottom. heres a great way to make it though....

Get a low cal fuge bar and blend w chocolate soy milk, then add the chocolate whey powder. Add some No Brew coffee and blend... Good to go!!!

Yes ! Since you finish your workout you have one hour that whatever protein you get in your body , the body will use it to build your muscles.
As more time is gone from this hour the efficiency drops

You need to drink it within 30 minutes after you work out for maximum efficiency.
