Protein bar nutrition - weight loss? |
I'm looking to drop some weight and tone up a bit. doing a cardio and weight training. what are the thoughts on having one of these a day as one of 5 small meals. mostly between lunch and dinner but sometimes in the pm post work out. Protein bars have a lot of calories in them and are like an "energy boost" It'll help with muscle gain because of the protein and calories in them, but idk it'll have the same effect on weight loss |
