One scoop of eas protein? |
i used to have some other whey protein powder that said the recommended usage was 1-3 scoops of powder in the morning after work out and at night. It depends on how many grams of protein in each serving. how much protein is in one scoop?you should have 25-30 grams every 3 hours. i would take a shake right after working out and right before bed. get the rest of your protein from foods like chicken, beef, fish and eggs. |
