Campbell Pork & Beans?


I brought a can of Campbell Pork & Beans. If I eat that as lunch, is it healthy? I have high blood pressure, and I am trying to lose weight.

here is the nutrition information printed on the can. I guess one can contains two servings.

Everything but the sodium is good-see if there are any low sodium Pork and Beans out there.

it is very healthy as far as low fat, and the cholesteral, but the soldium level is very high, make ur own beans without all the added salt

I agree eith elle, they are healthy, but the sodium is terrible. But look at the bright side Bush's is even worse, their baked beans contain 650mgs of sodium in one can. Can we say heart attack?

They are good just dont eat them too much. And to counter the sodium, just make sure everything else your eating is super low in sodium and youll even it out.
