Campbell Pork & Beans? |
I brought a can of Campbell Pork & Beans. If I eat that as lunch, is it healthy? I have high blood pressure, and I am trying to lose weight. Everything but the sodium is good-see if there are any low sodium Pork and Beans out there. it is very healthy as far as low fat, and the cholesteral, but the soldium level is very high, make ur own beans without all the added salt I agree eith elle, they are healthy, but the sodium is terrible. But look at the bright side Bush's is even worse, their baked beans contain 650mgs of sodium in one can. Can we say heart attack? |
