I dont know if this meal is unhealthy can you guys tell me if you know"?

Okay so my meal I started today was chooped up icebug lettuce with Tomato sauce used in spaghetti, and also about half a cup of shaved carrots.

Tomato Sauce:
Serving Size 1/2cup (120ml)
Servings per container about 15
Calorie:80 Calorie from fat :25
Total Fat: 3g 5%
Saturate Fat: 0g
Trans Fat: 0g
Cholesterol : 0mg
Sodium : 580mg 24%
Potassium 380 mg 11%
Total Carbohydrate : 13g 4%
Dietary Fiber: 3g 12%
Sugars: 10g
Protein 2g
I eat about a half a cup

Is this a low calorie diet? Is it possible to check the calories, if it is can you help me check it, and tell me if this is good for a diet meal?

The calories in your concoction come mainly from the tomato sauce and the carrots. Lettuce has few calories. Other than the fact that it really doesn't sound very appetizing to me (the canned tomato sauce is the culprit), there's nothing wrong or "bad" about your choices. But there are a few changes you could consider.

If you intend this dish to serve as a full meal, you might consider some changes. This dish has very little protein and iceburg lettuce has very little nutritional value. Romaine lettuce or spinach would be a more nutritious choice and some lean meat or fish or even an egg or some nuts would add protein so you won't feel hungry an hour later. You could also add a piece of whole-wheat bread. Also note that the tomato sauce has a lot of sodium. If you instead use oil & vinegar as a dressing with a few herbs in it, there will be less sodium.

that just sounds nasty!

its not good it has a lot of carbs

Yea it is low fat - far TOO low fat.
You'll not be able to function well on such a diet, and WILL become ill.

Just have a glass of V-8. It has all the caloric info on the label and it's easier.

First of all-13 carbs is not a lot. I wish people knew anything about what they were talking about before they answer questions.

ANYWAYS....no one can live off of 80 calories. This is not a meal, it's a side dish. Besides sounding absolutely gross, this is not a very healthy meal.

Its ok now and then, but it isn't good as a "backbone of your diet" kind of food. Too much sugar and sodium with very little protein really stands out. Too many calories come from the fat I think as well.

So no, its not really that healthy.
