Are oats a good source of dietary fiber?


after they hit 30, almost everyone seems to stress the importance of dietary fiber.
So, I'm looking for a good natural soure, rather than metamucil or those expensive breakfast cereals.

yes they are a good source of fibre also oats soak up the cholesterol in your body thats why the doctors are always stressing this point.

Bran, oats, any grain, celery, watermelon
