The dietary fiber content for an orange is listed as 7grams. Does this include the peel along with it? no, just the pulp It does not include peel. i would say it includes the peel as 7grams sounds high for just pulp and as most fiber content in other fruits/veges are found higher in the peels then yeh I would have to go with that. |
