One grape or one raisin.. Which has more dietary fiber?

Please refer the source...

if you are trying to get more fiber in your diet try eating prunes or start drinking metamucil. otherwise i think they have the same amount of fiber in them. considering they are the same. one has its juices and the other is dried out.

A raisin is a dried grape. Why would you think that there's a difference?

grape

they are both the same one is still ripe ,the other has had the juice removed

15-20 grapes=1.0 grams of fiber
1 tablespoon of raisins=1.0 grams of fiber
You can only put about 20 raisins in a tablespoon so they are, essentially, equal in fiber content.
