Will overdosing on dietary fiber chewable tablets help lose temporary weight? |
they are FiberChoice.. it says take 2 (2=16% dv, 4g) and i took 8. i drink alot of liquids so thats not the problem, but im not feeling results. i want to lose temporary weight/water weight Yes, should work for a few pounds of water weight as long as you're drinking lots of fluids to help flush your system. Make sure the chewables are sugar free. If not, I recommend Metamucil Sugar-Free Powder. It's more filling than the chewable also. they wont help you lose weight, actually they will make your belly look bigger - more fiber in intestines. |
