True or false? Saturated fats have more effect on blood cholesterol levels than dietary cholesterol itself.?

Dietary cholesterol comes from saturated fats. It's like the same thing.
Dietary cholesterol = cholesterol that came from your diet. Neither true nor false, simply nonsence.

dietary cholesterol? just where do you think you get saturated fats?

Prior to your question, I've not heard of "dietary cholesterol". However, I avoid saturated and trans fats because they're both evil to one's health.

Cholesterol comes from saturated fats. (animal fats and a few veggies)

Only 20% of the cholesterol your body stores comes from food. You get the rest of the 80% from your genes.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me. You can check the website at
http://www.hyperl.info , I had a free trial and paid less than 6.00$ shipping and handling. Best of luck!
