What is dietary fat? Is it what's listed on the nutrition labels of products? |
I have to consume 60-100 grams of dietary fat/day for a diagnostic test I'm doing. I just wanted to make sure that "dietary fat" is the same thing as what's found in what I eat on a regular basis. Thanks. I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look.
