People need a little bit of fat in their diets, but like with cholesterol, there is good and bad fat.

The type of fat is very important to watch out for;saturated fats and trans-fats are the most unhealthy kinds of fats.Saturated fats and trans-fats along with cholesterol in foods can raise blood cholesterol levels(clogged arteries).The American Heart Association recommends that your fat intake be no more than 30% of your daily caloric intake,less than 10% coming from saturated fats,up to 10% polyunsaturated fats,and the rest coming from the healthier monounsaturated fats(olive oil is one of these).

(1) Type A Personality. Those who are having higher aim, more competitive mentality and struggles hard constantly against environment.
(2) Mental stress and strain.
(3) Cigarette smoking. (chance of heart attack is 5 times more)
(4) Overeating
(5) Those who are having high cholesterol.
Serum cholesterol-Normal 150 to 250 mg/100 ml.
Serum triglycerides-Normal-less than 150 mg/dL.
Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL).-Normal-100mg/dL.
High Density Lipoprotein(HDL)-Normal-above 50 mg/dL.
(6) Hypertension (High blood pressure)-Above 140/90 mm Hg.
(7) Diabetes.(Blood sugar above 126 mg/dL)
(8) Overweight and belly stomach.
(9) Sedantary occupation and lack of exercise.
(10) Hereditory factors (Familial tendency).
Vegetable oil-Olive oil is the best. (Aviod nuts, shrimps, fried foods)
