be honest send me links to websites if you have them. I want to lose 30-40 lbs

Losing belly fat does not come in a bottle. There are so many fat loss supplements or drugs available in the market but none has proven to work effectively and safely.

To learn the truths about fat loss supplements/drugs, go to:
http://www.shedthefat.com
and download the free ebook. The author of this ebook is an advocate of losing body fat permanently without drugs, pills gimmicks and fad diets.

Quoting from the ebook:
"You can鈥檛 merely take pills or drugs that only treat symptoms/effects and expect a permanent change.

Taking ANY kind of drugs to lose weight is never more than a desperate, fear-driven, short-term solution to a problem with deeply rooted and often unseen causes.

To permanently become lean, you must identify the causes of excess fat, which can include poor nutrition, inactivity, unhealthy lifestyle, and negative self-image, and treat those. Only when the source of your problem is removed, will the unwanted effects disappear for good."

I discovered the fastest and most effective way for me to lose body fat permanently was to mirror an EXPERT and follow a program that has proven to work.

These are 2 programs that I've tried with great success:

Fat loss and muscle building program:
http://www.shedthefat.com/burnfat.php?id...
It is possibly the best fat burning system online, covering mindset, nutrition and exercise.

Fat loss and abdominal program:
http://www.shedthefat.com/losebellyfat.p...
It offers diet tips and a properly designed full body resistance training workout that stimulates your metabolic rate and increase your production of fat-burning hormones.

I hope this helps.

Good old diet and exercise. No supplement has been proven safe or effective, not a one. Promise!

Here's a good link for you: http://www.mypyramid.gov

You need to get your heartrate up and keep it there for at least 20 min but longer would ideal. Aerobic exercise is the answer. Jogging and/or running, swimming, bicycling, hiking on a rigorous trail are all examples of good aerobic exercises. If you are not too intimidated of a class that would be majority women, aerobics classes are good too. But don't worry, there will be men also, it's just that women gravitate towards these classes more.

You will also need to do stomach strengthening exercises too. Crunches are the best. Leg lifts hanging from a chin-up bar are good as well. Don't rely on a pill that promises fat burning and stomach fat removal though, these are all just scams.

The best way to get rid of belly fat is to eat the right foods: good proteins, fruits, vegetables, etc.. Also, you need to eat often; 6 small meals a day. Everything in moderation, and try to stay away from alcohol and fatty foods. Once you change your diet, your exercise routine will really start to work well. There is no magic pill.

Diet and exercise. There's not such thing as a magic pill. I keep saying it, but diet has a great influence on your physical appearance no matter how much exercise you think you may do especially as we get older.

lets be real, the mid section of a guy is the hardest thing to get rid of after it starts. its called the spare tire. i have the same prob. you would have to go totally vegitarian for about 3 months. do sit ups, leg lifts, squat thrusts, and a few push ups every day-just like in high school gym. Ohh, and don't forget about the occasional jogging (laps) you will have to be your own coach, do your own schedual, and stick to it yourself. but just like high school, you will start slimming down again. it can't fail, it worked then, it will work now, you don't need a web site..............lol.......lol.....lol....
